Sliding Scale Rate: $1,545-$2,245

Doula care tailored to fit your family’s needs from pregnancy throughout the immediate postpartum period.

Includes:

  • Childbirth and Lactation Education

  • Birth and postpartum prep (for you and support persons)

  • Birth plan & postpartum plan assistance

  • The Fresh Test: a natural alternative for your glucose screening.

  • One in-person or virtual check-in within the first week postpartum.

  • Optional virtual support meetings throughout baby’s first year.

Sliding Scale Rate: $30-$50

(Overnight Only)

Whether it’s your first or your fifth baby and no matter the outcome of your birth- postpartum support is a necessity. Together we will create a schedule and care plan to fit your needs!

Also includes:

  • Postpartum planning session

  • Breastfeeding Class

  • Evidence-based guidance on newborn care, including feeding, diapering, bathing, and soothing techniques.

  • Assistance with lactation and infant feeding including; latch issues, pace-feeding, and positioning.

Virtual Doula support

Sliding Scale Rate: $900-$1,200

No worries about distance, contagious illness, doula restrictions, or inclement weather- you have a doula!

Includes:

  • Childbirth and Lactation Education

  • Birth and postpartum prep (for you and support persons)

  • Birth and postpartum plan assistance

  • Continuous virtual labor support (phone and video)

  • One virtual check-in within the first week postpartum.

  • Optional virtual support meeting throughout baby’s first year.

Care Plan Assistance

$30/hour

A care plan (often called a birth plan) is a written document that helps you communicate your needs and preferences to your care team. Useful for birth, postpartum, and in case of emergency planning.
